Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken pieces
- 3 dried guajillo chiles
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano, salt to taste
Instructions
- Toast chiles and soak until soft.
- Blend chiles, garlic, and vinegar to make adobo sauce.
- Marinate chicken in sauce for 2 hours.
- Simmer until tender — serve with rice and tortillas.
